Hi,

Here  in your substitution reason you need to take care for substitution without ATP. Follow the steps.

In "Define Substitution Reasons" for your substitution reason check there is a column for "strategy" put there "B" i.e General material determination with selection, without ATP.

So it will allow to determine Material without ATP check.
